请问 meals 后面要加 are 吗？

有两面讲法都可以, 理由分析如下 :-

1.  不 +,

就是一简单句子 Simple Sentence.  因全句只有一个动词 find.

我们称 convenient and quick to prepare 为宾语补语 Objective Complement.

2.  要 +,

全句変了质 :

You will find these meals (that/which ) are convenient and quick to prepare.

当然 要+ that/which,  而使 that/which are convenient and quick to prepare 为一定语从句 Adjective Clause.

应该不用加的

加与不加都是对的。

不加的话，这是一个复合宾语结构的句子。

加上的话，后面就是一个宾语从句了。

都可以。
