消防安全管理工作是社会上一切组织和个人必须自主自觉地遵守的一项消防安全法规，任何人都有义务对自己单位的消防安全工作进行全面、全方位的管理。要求社会主体不仅要熟练掌握消防安全的种种技能，还要在日常工作中在居民中形成良好的消防安全意识，提高他们在火灾发生的时刻能够快速地作出反应，最大限度地为自己的生命和财产安全争取到时间。在日常消防安全检查中发现、居委会、物业公司、消防队等单位在消防管理工作中暴露出一些不容忽视的矛盾和突出问题，而这些问题在拆迁安置小区中尤为显著。

因此，落实消防安全管理工作、加强消防安全宣传和培训尤为重要。本文以惠南镇民乐社区为研究对象，首先介绍了民乐社区的基本情况和小区内消防安全工作的概况；其次社区内消防工作的现状和存在的问题进行了研究分析；然后针对这些问题提出了相应的整改方案，即在如何提高居委、物业公司等单位的消防安全管理工作成效以及提升基民消防安全意识等方面提出了建议。

Fire safety management is a fire safety law that all organizations and individuals in the society must abide by consciously and autonomously. Everyone has the obligation to carry out comprehensive and all-round management on the fire safety work of his own unit. It is required that social subjects not only master all kinds of fire safety skills, but also form a good fire safety awareness among residents in daily work, so as to improve their ability to react quickly at the time of fire occurrence and maximize the time for their own life and property safety. In the daily fire safety inspection, it is found that there are some contradictions and outstanding problems that can not be ignored in the fire management work of residential committee, property company, fire brigade and other units, especially in the demolition and resettlement community. Therefore, it is very important to carry out fire safety management and strengthen fire safety publicity and training. This paper takes Minle community in Huinan town as the research object. Firstly, it introduces the basic situation of Minle community and the general situation of fire safety work in the community. Secondly, it studies and analyzes the current situation and existing problems of fire safety work in the community. Then, it puts forward the corresponding reform plan, that is, how to improve the effectiveness of fire safety management in residential committee, property company and other units Some suggestions are put forward to improve the fire safety awareness of the basic people.
