To expand on that slightly: there is a version of Windows 10 for the Raspberry Pi 3B and 3B+. Unfortunately this is not Windows 10 as you know it - it is a very limited IoT version that does not have the familiar graphical display. It therefore cannot be used as a "normal" Windows 10 computer.
There is no Windows 10 for Raspberry Pi 4B, although Microsoft may in the future add support for the Raspberry Pi 4 to the IoT version of Windows 10.
It is highly unlikely there will ever be a version of Windows 10 proper for the Raspberry Pi. The reason for this is that the only ARM systems that Microsoft have developed Windows 10 for use Qualcomm SoCs that are the fastest you can get (or at least the fastest Qualcomm make). While the Pi 4 SoC is fast, it's not that fast. Also, Microsoft only support specific ARM-based computers - there is no generic support for ARM machines like there is for x86. (x86 being what runs PCs).
