这是什么用法？为什么要把attached 放到句首？

其实, 这是一般简化了分词短语而已  Participial Phrase。

举例子, 

Having elected, I went out. 

Having done this, I went out.

Having attached, I went out.

Having enclosed this, I went out.

Having elected           =  after I had elected             之意

Having done this        =  after I had done this         之意

Having attached         =  after I had attached          之意

Having enclosed this  =  after I had enclosed this  之意 

现在缩短, 只用 elected, done, attached, enclosed

缩短                After I had  [enclosed]  this, please find the ...

缩短定了形      Enclosed please find the ....

attached表示附件

就是说明一下附件
