onlythen后面要用一般过去时吗?

不一定的。理由如下 :-

1.   then 是副词, 解作为 : at that time in the past,                 [ 过去时 ]

       e.g.   Mary was in the bus station then.

2.  亦可解作为 ：at that time in the future,                           [  將来时 ]

      e.g.    As she will be there on Tuesday, I'll meet her then.      

3.  也亦可解作为 :  next/afterwards,                                       [ 之后也 ]

      e.g.    Mary had supper and then went to bed.        

4.  解作 :  therefore,                                                               [ 因此 ]

     e.g.     Henry is hungry. Then he must have some food.
