S:Hi Jack, do you have a second?

T: Yeah, what's up?

S:Um...recently i got some confution when i'm in your class.

T:Oh i'm sorry to hear that...tell me what's going on?

S:i cannot follow most of what you said, you know, my reading and writing parts are perfect,but listening and speaking is really a headache for me.

T:I see...i've seen so many chinese guys who have the same issues like you. what you need to do is not frustrated any longer but take certain actions to improve the two parts.

S:Yeah, so what am i supposed to do?

T:Listen more, speak often. i'll send you some meterials later, just promise me that you'll spend at least 2 hours per day on listening these meterials, also find more opportunities to practise your oral english, just like what are we doing now, ok?
