内容：

（1）你已收到Catherine White 夫人的邀请函并已回复参加；

（2）你刚刚接到通知，要因公出差；

（3）你因为不能参加，心里感到非常遗憾；

（4）希望Catherine White 夫人谅解。

Your invitation to the new product launch was well received. 你的新产品发布会邀约已经收到了。I cannot wait to see the new product so I confirmed to attend in the first place. 我等不及想看到新产品，所以在第一时间就确认要参加了。Butnow I am sorry to tell you that I will miss your product launch this time. 但是现在我很抱歉地告诉你，这次我将错过你的新品发布会。 I am just notified that I need to take a business trip right away. 我刚刚被通知要立即出差。 I regard it a pity not to participate in such an important event. 无法参加这么重要的活动，我感到遗憾。 Wish you a great success on the new product luanch. 祝愿你的新品发布会能圆满成功！
