either....or引导状语从句吗，与whether...or区别

either... or 不能引导状语从句。可能用来连接两个并列的成分。例如：

Either Jim of his parents work on the farm.

连接两个主语，谓语要符合就近原则。

You can either stay at home or go to the cinema.

连接两个谓语。

I didn't meet either Lucy or Kate.

连接两个宾语。

……

whether ... or 用来引导让步状语从句。例如：

Whether you agree or not, we'll end the argument.

不管你同意与否，我们都会结束这场争论。
