可以从倩碧美国官网买东西寄到中国吗？

美国价格太便宜了哈，可以这样买吗？如果可以，邮费怎么算？不可以的。我昨天刚试过，官网要求billing address和shipping address都是美国，就是你的信用卡是要在美国注册美国领取的，就算你在中国的美国银行办的卡，也是不可以。还有邮寄地址也必须是美国境内。
