我知道从句不倒装，不知道how much能不能引导从句，然后为什么it 后面不用costs。

无错，从句不倒装。

how much it cost = how much it costed  这就是从句, 只是你没有注意到 cost 或 costed 都是一样。即 Present Tense = Past Tense = Past Participle   e.g.      cost , cost , cost  ;

cut, cut, cut    ;  hit, hit, hit    etc.

因此, C. 以 过去式 cost = costed 回答是对啦 !

To make the fish taste nice 中的 taste 是主动词呀 !   To make 是不定词, 也是主语。因此，tasting 是错而不用也。
