摘 要在社会环境不断变化，世界经济迅猛发展，这些客观因素促使下使得企业经济发展和人才竞争加剧。目前新的竞争环境下，人的因素和作用更为重要，成为企业生存发展的保障和取胜的关键要素。如何利用和开发人力资源，提高人员质量，成为企业竞争的最强武器是每个企业重点考虑的问题。因此，企业的管理方式、员工满意度等员工关系管理方面的问题正在日益深入。从日常业务性管理到经营战略性管理，从以物为中心到以人为中心，研究把人提到了前所未有的高度，强调管理要深度到艺术层面，加强软性管理，人文关怀。本文在借鉴原有的研究成果上做出了进一步的理论概括，首先分析了员工关系管理的研究背景、员工关系的概念界定及主要内容，其次在了解员工关系管理理论的基础上，探讨皇室童缘服饰有限公司员工关系管理方面目前的发展现状和运作中存在的问题及如何完善员工关系管理提出来一些解决方案供来参考。关键词：皇室童缘；企业员工关系管理；人力资源
In the changing social environment, the rapid development of the world economy, these objective factors make the enterprise economic development and talent competition intensified. At present, in the new competitive environment, the human factor and its role are more important, and become the guarantee of the survival and development of enterprises and the key elements of winning. Based on the previous research results, this paper makes a further theoretical summary. Firstly, it analyzes the research background of employee relationship management, the definition of employee relationship and its main content. Secondly, on the basis of understanding the theory of employee relationship management, This paper discusses the current development status and problems in the operation of employee relationship management of Royal Tongyuan Clothing Co., Ltd. and how to improve the employee relationship management, and puts forward some solutions for reference.
