每个家庭都不会希望有一个残缺的天使降临，有的时候现实就是这么残酷的，有那么千万分之一的概率就中奖了，奇迹男孩就是讲的这样一个故事，家里的第二个孩子降临了，由于父母基因问题导致了脸部畸形，还好父母没有放弃他，母亲放弃了事业陪伴着，直到五年级的时候决定让他走进校园，面对残酷的现实，小男孩是幸运的，有一个有爱的家庭，爸爸妈妈很疼他，姐姐也很溺爱他，在学校，一开始收到了同学们带有异样的眼光，伙伴的欺骗跟远离，但是小男孩没有自暴自弃，依然热情，依然乐观，最后通过自己的努力获得了友谊，获得了勋章，成为了一个奇迹。影片很感人，情节不拖沓，看到最后的时候不由得为男孩鼓掌。其实我们大多数人都是幸运的，完整的来到了世上，有着一手好牌却打烂了生活，遇到挫折困难的时候，有家人，有朋友，何愁过不去。18年开始了，新的一年我们奋勇向前，创造出自己的奇迹人生。
